讲座题目：Dare to Speak Up: Moral Courage Links Moral Identity with Ethical Voice
讲座摘要：Drawing on the social cognitive theory of morality, we developed and tested a theoretical model about the antecedents and consequences of ethical voice. The first two studies with multi-source, multi-wave data demonstrate that moral identity is positively related to promotive and prohibitive ethical voice through the mediating role of moral courage, as opposed to psychological safety or voice efficacy. Also, leader moral identity strengthens the mediated relationship. Study 3 replicates the mediating role of moral courage and demonstrates that promotive and prohibitive ethical voice predict moral pride and reflected appraisal of moral identity. This research bridges the employee voice literature with the behavioral ethics and expands research in both domains.
